NAFTA and the NAU weren’t ambitious enough, Canada moves to integrate with EU economy

Canada’s premiers will play a pivotal role in the country’s efforts to integrate its economy with the 27 nations of the European Union, Quebec Premier Jean Charest says.

Preliminary talks between Canadian and European officials will begin on Oct. 17 at a summit in Montreal. The provinces’ role in the negotiations will be instrumental to the fate of the proposed massive agreement because it involves issues that primarily fall under their jurisdiction, Mr. Charest told The Globe and Mail yesterday.

No deal could happen without the premiers at the table, he said.

“Unless we are fully involved in the negotiations, we are not going to get the deal we want,” Mr. Charest said.

What about what the people want?

He described the proposed pact as a groundbreaking initiative on a scale that has never been attempted. The accord would go well beyond the scope of the NAFTA agreement between Canada and the United States by encompassing not only trade in goods and services but also the free movement of skilled workers and an open market in government services and procurement.

The pitch he is making to Europeans is to do a deal with Canada that can serve as a model for something far more ambitious with the United States.

Or maybe this is just the precursor to the NAU?

Whatever it is it sounds like another level of government, more control over our lives and another step toward tyranny.

Amero spam and malicious software?

This morning I recieved this email:

Subject: AMERO to replace Dollar
User-Agent: Thunderbird 2.0.0.6 (Windows/20070728)

North American Union is the reality now http://118.166.9.190/

When I followed the link it gave me:

The U.S. Government began to realize the plan to replace the Dollar with the “Amero”, the new currency of the North American Currency Union. Canada, the United States of America and Mexico have resolved to unit in order to resist the Worldwide Financial Crysis. You can become acquainted with the plan of the implementation of Amero, just click on the icon under this text.

The page source was:

I didn’t get the amero.exe file before the server was taken down unfortunately.

Looks like some people are using the NAU scare to infect people’s computers with malicious software. Given the drop in the dollar even someone who isn’t familiar with the NAU conspiracy would be tempted to check out something concerning something to “replace Dollar.”

Political elite not happy with EU rejection

Europe’s political elitists are not very happy with the unwashed masses. First, French and Dutch voters had the unmitigated gall a couple of years ago to reject the European Union’s proposed constitution. In an effort to sidestep the democratic process, the political elite then made a few cosmetic changes to the document and called it a treaty, hoping this would enable national governments to bypass their voters. Much to their chagrin, however, Irish politicians could not figure out how to sidestep their nation’s referendum requirement, and the people of the Emerald Isle proceeded to reject the statist EU constitution (now officially referred to as the Lisbon Treaty). This led to a frenzy of anti-democratic utterances from the political class, but the prize for the most Orwellian response goes (what a surprise) to a French politician, who just stated that allowing voters to decide is “a tool for dictators.” He also wins a secondary prize for his assertion that the EU constitution, which would have granted even more power to undemocratic bureaucratic institutions in Brussels, is needed “to grant our citizens more power.” The Irish Times reports:

Alain Lamassoure MEP tells Jamie Smyth , European Correspondent, Ireland was wrong to hold a referendum, which is ‘a tool for dictators’. …”We are paralysed by the unanimity rule and we pass legislation through undemocratic procedures . . . we have a duty to grant our citizens more power,” he said.

Get ready for the same type of response from the US, Mexican and Canadian subjects when the North American Union get publicly underway. War is peace; oligarchy is democratic republic; slavery is freedom.

North American Union here we come!!!

Canada and the U.S. have signed an agreement that paves the way for the militaries from either nation to send troops across each other’s borders during an emergency, but some are questioning why the Harper government has kept silent on the deal.Neither the Canadian government nor the Canadian Forces announced the new agreement, which was signed Feb. 14 in Texas.

The U.S. military’s Northern Command, however, publicized the agreement with a statement outlining how its top officer, Gen. Gene Renuart, and Canadian Lt.-Gen. Marc Dumais, head of Canada Command, signed the plan, which allows the military from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a civil emergency.

The new agreement has been greeted with suspicion by the left wing in Canada and the right wing in the U.S.

The left-leaning Council of Canadians, which is campaigning against what it calls the increasing integration of the U.S. and Canadian militaries, is raising concerns about the deal.

“It’s kind of a trend when it comes to issues of Canada-U.S. relations and contentious issues like military integration. We see that this government is reluctant to disclose information to Canadians that is readily available on American and Mexican websites,” said Stuart Trew, a researcher with the Council of Canadians.

Trew said there is potential for the agreement to militarize civilian responses to emergency incidents. He noted that work is also underway for the two nations to put in place a joint plan to protect common infrastructure such as roadways and oil pipelines.

Actually sounds more like Canada is becoming officially the 51st state. Sounds like their military will be like one of the state’s National Guard.

Police pose as protestors in Montebello protest

Stop SPP Protest - Union Leader stops provocateurs

Police Pose As Protesters At Montebello Summit

Montebello Summit Undercover Police Protesters Revealed

CBC report on undercover police protesters

This is outrageous but unfortunately not unique or surprising. No way I buy what the police say as to why they were there. These protests are because of the SPP. The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America. If you’ve not heard of it you’re not alone. It seems few have. It’s part of the North American Union plan it seems. Part of that plan includes replacing the US Dollar with the Amero. The CBC video was just recently taken down but I found another version. In case it happens again I’ve saved them locally.
