Left and Right refer to the bottom left and right pins of the pots V1 - V6.
It appears that V1, V3 and V5 set frequency and V2, V4 and V6 gain.
V1 and V2 look to control 3G as tweaking it affected an AT&T 3G phone.
V3 and V6 look to control DCS which affected my T-Mobile phone.
V5 and V4 look to control GSM which also affected my T-Mobile phone.

Contains a HEF4066BT and a NE556. I’m unable to find data sheets for IC 1 (KC DDC1748F), IC3 (9P3-1880 D017), and IC4 (9PD-1880 D133).
