Charges against Sam Dodson revealed

According to Ian Freeman of Free Talk Live, over a Porc411 call, Sam Dodson of the Obscured Truth Network will be charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and failure to go along with processing.
Update:
Sam refused to cooperate with the remote video conference arraignment and therefore will be held until he does so in the Westmoreland jail.
