Cops taze teenager with broken back: 19 times

Seems to me the fall caused the kid to see the future if he was talking about harming cops. That’s the first thing I’d think of after knowing they tazed someone who was in the condition he was.

Well if cops refuse to acknowledge the true power to harm a taser has, then the citizen can just withhold their funding through their tax money …right?
