		<description>If they're set on shaping society through taxes, why not apply the same logic to fuel?  Everything from gasoline to plastics would have high taxes to pay for the costs accrued through military action for the purpose of securing oil.  That should definitely incentivize companies to research alternatives or tell the military to quit jacking up their costs.</description>
