I wouldn't call walking across or up the street to enter a station which isn't guarded &#34;motivation.&#34; The subway system is far far more porous than airport security and the TSA in their own tests miss upwards of 90% of the bomb and weapon components. 50% is often the high end.</description>

		<description>I'm sure it's obvious to people running this program as well, that this won't be effective against a motivated terrorist who wishes to cause harm.  If they want real security, they need to enforce curfews and suspend some civil liberties.  The Mp5's will come in handy for that.</description>
