This is outrageous but unfortunately not unique or surprising. No way I buy what the police say as to why they were there. These protests are because of the SPP. The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America. If you’ve not heard of it you’re not alone. It seems few have. It’s part of the North American Union plan it seems. Part of that plan includes replacing the US Dollar with the Amero. The CBC video was just recently taken down but I found another version. In case it happens again I’ve saved them locally.

I’m not sure why they would want to incite violence… unless they wanted to move us more and more towards a police state…

You aren’t being imaginative enough. Peaceful protest can generate sympathy for their cause and raise awareness. The SPP, the NAU and the Amero as I mentioned are things not a lot of people know about. I’m not so sure that a large percentage of people who understood all the plans would be OK with them. If they created a violent scene people will hear SPP and associate violent protesters and will recoil. If violent anarchists are against it it can’t be that bad cause you know those anarchists are nutjobs. They could also just want to knock some heads. Protests get fucked with by police all the time.
As for wanting a police state… show me how we aren’t becoming one. Things get worse every day. The PATRIOT Act, The Military Commissions Act, all the Bush executive orders.
