I’m all for giving state and local governments more freedom to enact laws which fit them… but I’m not so hot about these Net taxes that could be levied. How many of those who will support this also support the whole Net neutrality mess? This clearly falls under the Commerce Clause of the US Constitution and I have no issues with simply renewing the bar on access and sale taxes. Less taxes the better.
