H.R. 2338: Global Warming Wildlife Survival Act

To establish the policy of the Federal Government to use all practicable means and measures to assist wildlife populations in adapting to and surviving the effects of global warming, and for other purposes.
I’m all for helping out species which have been adversely affected by mankind. Even using public money on issues caused in the private sector. However when it comes to the whole global warming thing… I have pause. I’ve not yet looked into it… but have they proposed a bill like this for humans?
